Hi,

Recently, I noticed that a few of user discussions/questions happened in
several thirdparty private channels and some of our contributors spent
quite a bit effort to reply or answer there.

I'd suggest to guide users discussion to public channel, e.g., GitHub
Discussions or mailing list. This helps the conversation public searchable
and reduce the burden to answer similar question.

Also, such context would become the source of document improvement that can
be used directly. Thirdparty private channels, instead, are most in a
"fire-and-forget" bias.

Since most of StreamPark's users speak Chinese and may not be good at
English, I think it's OK to create a "中文" category in GitHub Discussions,
or users-zh@ mailing list like Flink. Although, we'd still maintain the
English channel and encourage users to report in English.

Best,
tison.
