The current vote was initiated within the StreamPark
community(dev@streampark.a.o). If the vote does not pass, We need send a
CANCEL email to the community and there is no need to send a CANCEL email
to the incubator(general@incubator.a.o) My understanding is that only after
the community vote passes, it will proceed to the incubator(
general@incubator.a.o).  vote. If there is a failed vote in the incubator,
then it would be necessary to send a CANCEL email to the incubator. Please
correct me if my understanding is incorrect. 😊
