Hello everyone, The core feature of the streampark project, one of the important ones is to provide development frameworks such as flink, streampark-quickstart[1] is a sample program for getting started with StreamPark[2], which introduces how to use streampark's api to develop flink jobs, So we need to be transfer it to apache/incubator-streampark as sub-project of apache streampark(Incubating)
