I have the same bug as in
https://bz.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=7264
but with the # character.
I get a warning when I run sa-update:
```
util: refusing to untaint suspicious path: "C:\# Tools\SpamAssassin for
Windows\share/3.004001"
```
I patched it manually but # is a valid character for paths. Please add it to
the valid character list.
