OK, the fix isn't in the current update. masscheck seems to still be
grinding on the version containing it; will it should go out soon enough?
Or do we need to push an update manually rather than waiting?
The wiki for manual rule publication appears to be obsolete, is there any
documentation of the method that should be currently used?
