Hi Val,
I think there's a misunderstanding here.
Apache Solr is an Apache foundation project, run by volunteers.

What you are looking for is a company helping you with Solr.

Many of us (committers and PMC members) work as search experts for
companies that do the job you need.
For example, I am the director of Sease (https://sease.io/consulting), Eric
Pugh directs https://opensourceconnections.com, Otis Gospodnetić directs
https://sematext.com, Koji Sekiguchi directs
https://www.rondhuit.com/en.html, Ishan Chattopadhyaya directs
https://searchscale.com, Jan Hoydhal works as a freelancer and I am pretty
sure many others PMC members and committers could help privately (obviously
I am not up to date to everybody's work situation and I'm sure I forgot
some).

Hope this helps!

Cheers
