The Lucene 9.7 upgrade has been committed, and I have a PR up for the
Panama-Vectors enabling, which is tracked here:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-16869

I will cut a release branch tomorrow Alessandro, but will cherry-pick your
commit if it comes afterwards.
