A {{org.apache.sis.storage.tiling}} package was introduced in SIS 1.2, but the
various {{DataStore}} implementations of Apache SIS does not implement these
interfaces. Actually these implementations do support tiling, but do not expose
information about the tiles. Implementing these interfaces make easier to use
GeoTIFF reader (for example) in OGC Web Map Tile Service (WMTS).
