@Surya, we strongly encourage you to upgrade regardless if it fixes this issue
or not.
But if you see this issue again, we will need the full stack trace from your
logs (as mentioned in your screenshot), the cause of the NPE was not shown in
your stack trace.
Also, please include a text version of the stack trace.
