[VOTE] Release ServiceMix Bundles POM 6 and OpenSAML bundle 2.4.1_1

Hi all,

in preparation of a whole bundles release (to take care of bundle.info 
addition), I submit the Bundles POM 6 to your vote.

I also submit OpenSAML 2.4.1_1 to your vote. This bundle is required by 
the CXF team to be able to release CXF 2.4.0 with full OSGi support 
around OpenSAML.
