Hi Scott,

I think on the ASF side we would just add a note to the README in the
repo saying the project is no longer maintained and a updated version
is available at Shibboleth, and to update the website as well. I don't
think we need to do anything regarding "migrating" as such, from our
PoV the project would be inactive at ASF and people would have to go
elsewhere for support.

I would just need to check with ASF if there are any legalities
involved with not changing the package names or copyright etc.
