Problem solved. I had accidentally downloaded the page "http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.lua/santuario/c-library/xml-security-c-2.0.1.tar.gz";, expecting it to be an archive. Finally, I have donwloaded the archive from this page, which integrity is OK.
