Hi Piotr, if you want the build to create the zip, simply cange into the distribution directory and tun "mvn package" ... that should be enough. If you want the build to create an exploded installation in a given directory, simply set a environment variable named "distributionTargetFolder" to the path you want it created to and then run "mvn package" ... or "mvn clean package" if you want to make sure any previous distribution is cleaned up before deploying the new one there.
