[~zhangqiang2] The Storm URL which is given in the config is Storm UI Server
Url and not the Nimbus url. Normally there will be only one Storm UI server
will be serving the HA nimbus. So I am not sure if this will add any value
unless if some decides to have multiple Storm UI server which is not a common
practice.
