*To Reproduce* :
1. Insert Bulk Users
Path 1 : Navigate to Ranger UI's Settings ==> Permissions tab :
This is empty and does not have add/edit permissions capability.
Path 2 : Navigate to Ranger UI ==> Settings ==> Permissions
This just shown "no permissions found"
