Testing

**Verified :**
1) Display of a new tab "Plugin Status" showing policy version, policy download
time for each communicating plugin.
2) Verified that policy download time changes everytime some changes are made
to any policy in a service.
3) Verified visual search filters of : Service Type, Srvice Name, Hostname and
Plugin IP.
