Polaris service-def introduced in RANGER-4910 as a draft version has {{root}}
as the resource type at the start of resource hierarchy, like:
* root
* root/principal
* root/catalog
* root/catalog/namespace
* root/catalog/namespace/table
* root/catalog/namespace/policy
Base on discussions with Polaris community, it seems root is equivalent of
[realm|https://polaris.apache.org/in-dev/unreleased/realm/] in Polaris. Given
this, I propose to rename resource type {{root}} to {{{}realm-identifier{}}}.
Tagsync module changes in RANGER-5522 should be updated as well for this change
in resource type name.
Environments upgrading from Ranger 2.8.0 should recreate Polaris service-def
for the new resource type name to be effective.
