Almost all failures are fixed.
For remaining problem, integration tests use PDT time, but elasticsearch
uses UTC time.
Therefore, the following assertion is failed in
tests/pio_tests/scenarios/eventserver_test.py.
```
self.assertEqual('2014-11-05T09:39:45.618-08:00',
r.json()[0]['eventTime'])
```
I think it's better to use UTC time.
