The time window duration seems to work on non-$set events but the Galaxy for
example has no category properties, in fact the $sets are gone from the
exported App data. Again nothing in the eventWindow should ever affect
properties as seen in aggregate, the timeWindow cannot affect properties or
they will have the wrong state.
