This tagged release does not work with Apache-PIO. You have to install
0.9.7-aml using instructions here: http://actionml.com/docs/install
The Universal Recommender is an ActionML template and supported on this
Google group: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/actionml-user
The template is being moved to Apache-PIO as we speak and will be released
as v0.5.0 from the same repo you got 0.4.2. Expect an update next week of after
Thanksgiving.
