[porting-dev] sal/typesconfig uses signal handling again

Just wanted to let you know that I fixed 
<http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=93219> "avoid crashes 
in typesconfig" on CWS sb103 (not yet integrated), a likely somewhat 
delicate area.  I checked it on all platforms available to me.  However, 
if you suddenly start to see problems on your favorite platform, please 
check whether sal/typesconfig builds fine and the generated 
sal/typesizes.h is the same as it was before.
