Hi,
Since DEV300 m9 it is now possible to define the platform on which an
extension can be installed.

It would be great if someone could check this feature on platforms other
than
Windows, Linux x86, Solaris Sparc, Solaris x86.
I have prepared test extensions at
desktop/test/deployment/update/platform
Please note that currently not all platforms are supported (see wiki).
