Maruan Sahyoun resolved PDFBOX-1532.

Resolution: Fixed
Using the -sort option the text is correctly extracted

Rotated text is broken into several peices
{code}
Result of extraction attached in [^rotated-sorted.txt]. Also works in PDFBox
2.0.22 see [^rotated-sorted-2.0.22.txt] . Older versions not tested.
