Hey Joe, As I mentioned on Github, it looks fantastic! It is definitely up to you where you want to host source code and the website, but I would +1 if you decide to commit it to apache/otava and host docs at https://otava.apache.org/ :) If you decide to keep the code/docs in a personal or Nyrkiö repo, I suggest referring to it in Otava's development guide.
