well, i stopped the server now for 1h. Dave said that would help to
get the scrapers to move on.
For Anubis i have configured the service i think, but i was stuck in
the desicion to rewire our setup.
I think i play with it on our other server first. There it is much
easier to play with it because we use docker images and there we work
with reverse proxies a lot more. And I think i can play around a lot
easier over there.

a test instance and everything should work, now but the media wiki test
does not get a db connection at the moment.
