You can simply download the installation files for Apache OpenOffice from the web site www.openoffice.org to the new computer and then run the installation process. You can transfer your existing files using a USB drive or by uploading them to a network accessible location like dropbox or google drive and then downloading them to the new computer. Be sure to place them on the new computer in a folder intended for user files, such as the Documents folder or one of its sub folders. If you use a USB drive, be sure to follow the correct procedure to eject or unload the drive before physically removing it.
