You can overcome the error by executing
sudo dpkg -i openoffice-core01_4.2.0-1_amd64.deb after the error message

This is a regression in 4.2.0 so someone will have to worry about that when the 
project gets there (fortunately this does not affect the 4.1.x branch)

Meanwhile can you please change the bug status to confirmed and add some 
details on the OS where that occurred?
