Portable versions list updated

Since both PortableApps and WinPenPack have now updated their offering to include a portable version of OpenOffice 4.1.2, they are now both listed at 
http://www.openoffice.org/porting/

I haven't personally tested them, so I welcome feedback from Windows users.
