Bugzilla and JIRA planned maintenance this weekend

There will be upgrades on Bugzilla and JIRA this weekend (23-24 Aug), continuing the list of server upgrades being done by the Apache Infrastructure team. 

Expected downtime is < 30 minutes.

http://status.apache.org will display information during the upgrade.
