The license is linked to from the download page.  It is the Apache License 2.0:

http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.html

This is an open source license, permitting free use and
redistribution.  It also allows modification and distribution of
derived products, with some additional requirements described in the
license.
