A few months back I help marco deal with this 'obfuscation', unfortuantely most of these data is actually garbage. Doing a deofuscation output a lot of nonsensical characters that seemed to be passed alone inflating the file unnecesarily.
If you want to reproduce the process, just need to download the aspell tool and perform deobfuscation (unmunch) on the old aff file. That said, there is a bit of old information and death contacts so it was done as much as possible to clear this situation to move forward and work with the previous mantainers.
