I think this has been suggested in the past as well, and maybe what I'm trying to do will be a first step to this. At this point, I don't know where/how the Help system get launched. It would make sense to put the "help" stuff in its own svn area like we do with "extras" for example, and then go from there at least. A ways down the road I think.
