Maybe related to this commit. But then why a "Transaction has timed out" and nothing in
"Unit Test Results."

Fixed: Issue on New Shipment screen after error on first attempt and
then rentering correct value. Form was calling invalid request as there
was a check on shipmenType which was not empty in context on reloaded page
after after.(OFBIZ-12157)
I rebuild to see how it goes...
