Maybe better to have Option instead of nullable arguments of API methods and
functions return type.
Example:
- org.apache.nlpcraft.NCModel#onRejection(org.apache.nlpcraft.NCIntentMatch -
nullable, e: NCRejection): NCResult - nullable result
