We currently don't test properly on Windows (or anything other than Mac OS
frankly). We should setup a proper multi-environment CI to run tests on
multiple OS and JDKs. See
[https://github.com/apache/druid/blob/master/.travis.yml] for Druid approach as
an example of using Travis for this goal.
