NIFI-428: Update to Kite 1.0.0.
Kite 1.0.0 fixes the JSON and CSV readers so they no longer need to be
in NiFi.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/rdblue/incubator-nifi
