Currently, the tobago.ajax.request() method put an Ajax request into the Tobago
Ajax queue. An overlay is shown if the Ajax request take too much time (> 1
second). There should be a way to control via the tobago.ajax.request() method
if an overlay is shown. Maybe the delay of the overlay should also be
configurable.
