tc:suggest with localMenu=true inside a tc:popup doesn't work correctly in Safari. The solution: Adopt .tobago-options from tc:selectOneList/tc:selectManyList for tc:suggest. Use "data-tobago-for" instead of "name" (which is not allowed). Introduce OptionsControls to control the .tobago-options for tc:selectOneList/tc:selectManyList and tc:suggest. Add tests.
