When using templating via ui:composition, it's possble to use ui:insert in the
template file to insert elements that are defined by name in the actual pages.
It's also possible in a template to ui:include other template fragments. But,
when using ui:insert in the included files, the ui:insert tags are ignored.
The attached project shows that DETAILACTIONS is missing from the page output
with myfaces23. It works with the mojarra profiles.
