I have finally committed the solution I have been working on for this issue for
a long time. There is still some details to be solved, but the current code is
good enough to commit it. The biggest problem was resolve nested flows properly
and define the base algorithm, splitting the problem into two: first resolve
the "navigation command" and then execute the command calling
flowHandler.transition() properly.
The code still need a solution for FlowHandler.clientWindowTransition().
