weld is using a bean-manager per module which are aggregated via a
root-bean-manager.
- the root-bean-manager should be detected autom.
- it should be possible to set such a root-bean-manager manually
- a root-bean-manager can only be replaced by a manually specified
root-bean-manager
that also allows @Alternative support across modules
