The user agent detected by Tobago is stored in the session and will be computed
only one time in the moment.
When the user agent will be changed, Tobago doesn't render the appropriate code.
Practical example: IE 8 or 9: The user presses the "compatibility mode" button.
After that the button will be rendered with wrong sizes.
