if the metaContainer (for tr:document) includes e.g. a title-tag and
CACHE_VIEW_ROOT is enabled, e.g. an auto-submit causes a duplicate component-id
exception.
(that might be the same with jsp - but there we don't have such a check - see
e.g. TRINIDAD-1088)
workarounds:
#1 replace the metaContainer with h:head
#2 disable CACHE_VIEW_ROOT
