jsf.js: Bug in onload handler and queue

During using the core classes of myfaces jsf.js I noticed smaller bugs in the
queue code and in the addOnLoad handler.
In case of the queue the remove method simply does not remove (a line was
forgotten) and in case of addOnLoad, if a handler throws an exception all
others also bomb out.
