A context menu is a menu, normally activated by right mouse click.
It usually contains menu entries that are specific to the component which was
clicked.
It should be used in Tobago by adding a facet with name="contextMenu" to a
component.
List of components which should support this facet:
Panel, TreeNode, Column, ... (todo)
