If the FacesContext that was created during startup and/or shutdown is not
released, then the ExternalContext object could be reused. On some appservers
this could cause problems if they are performing any additional initialization
in their servlet context impl. This at the case in WebSphere, but could also
apply to other appservers which add internal extensions to the servletContext
in their implementation classes.
