Looks like this is an issue with Eclipse. After creating the demo war and
deploying it directly to tomcat-webapps the application works, but when
creating an Eclipse Dynamic Web Project, adding the test.xhtml above, the
MyFaces 2.0 beta and the following web.xml then the error occurs.

I still consider this as a MyFaces bug, because the app works with Mojarra 2.0
and MyFaces 1.2 projects do work within Eclipse.
