Checking the behavior of uploadMaxFileSize, it seems it was not correctly
defined, so a new param called uploadMaxSize (the max size of the request) is
defined to separate these two concepts. Other param called cacheFileSizeErrors
was created to make easier deal with file size exceptions. This issue will be
solved as part of TOMAHAWK-1381, but since it is strongly related to it, I'll
close this one as duplicated.
