I have checked the code on version 1.1.6 and that property was saved and 
restored. But by some reason this property does not appear on its tld. It seems 
that use t:tabChangeListener tag is the preferred way to add 
tabChangeListeners. Anyway, the solution is save and restore this property 
using proper code on saveState and restoreState methods.
