Added getExceptionHandler and setExceptionHandler (it should throw
UnsupportedOperationException by default as other FacesContext methods and on
impl it should do something similar to getRenderKit(), in other words use
ExceptionHandlerFactory and hold the factory as variable) for solve
MYFACES-2093.
